Since 2023, Weld Queen has been holding shows of its entire collection of welding suits.

The first such show was held as part of the Welding Festival on September 15, 2023, in Arkhangelsk.
At the show, welding garments were presented from the historic 20th century to the present day, namely the most modern welding suits and means of protection for the welder. A special part of the show was demonstrating the Weld Queen collection of royal-feathery welding performative looks.

This is a collection of performative costumes created from fireproof tarpaulin and split leather, traditional materials for sewing a welder’s suit in the 20th century. In each costume, the artist tells a certain story, emphasizes cultural peculiarities of the times and nationalities, creates her mythology, and lives it by attending social events in these images.

The Weld Queen, the artist, is in charge of the performance along with her devoted Weld Queen Guards.

Chic ladies and gentlemen presented such images as “Traditional Slavic welding suit,” perfectly matching with the armature “Yoke”; “Chinese traditional welding suit,” as a sign of respect to the unshakable spirit of the persistent and purposeful Chinese people; “Royal welding dress,” one of the ceremonial robes of the Queen of Welding; “Straitjacket” for especially exuberant creators; and many other welding robes and armature accessories.

THE OPENING OF THE FASHION SHOW BEGINS WITH THE ARRIVAL OF A WELD QUEEN ON A PALANQUIN ESCORTED BY THE WELD QUEEN GUARDSMEN.

The Guards power the palanquin, which is the Weld Queen’s mode of transportation.

The palanquin was created so that the Queen could comfortably attend social events and not bother her precious legs during long and tiring receptions. Traditionally, honorable men from the Weld Queen’s Guard carry the Queen.
